The Alternative Wedding Fair, being held next Sunday 22 January, is no longer going to be in Islington! The new venue is the Piccadilly Institute at Piccadilly Circus, London W1. We recently came across Emma Woodhouse, aka the Wedding Reporter, and thought this was such a lovely idea.  Basically, Emma turns up with her notebook, soaks up the ambience and the details of the day, in order to go away and transcribe it all into a literary creative non-fiction account of your day.

She then provides you with a wedding report which gives you an extra layer of texture to the memories of the day. She will write about things that you could have forgotten in the chaos that can be a wedding day.

who would be willing to share with us all the trials and tribulations of planning their wedding day. Ideally we would love a couple to send us in a monthly "diary" with a couple of images which we can then use for a blog article.  Looking for funny or romantic anecdotes, with perhaps a bit of stress and strain (if you are willing to share but don't feel you have to!!).
