Terms and Conditions

Listings are accepted as submitted by venue owners, and paid-for advertising lasts for 1 year from the date of publication on the site. Standard listings costs £45 per annum and featured listings cost £155 per annum. There are other advertising options available including banners, button adverts and multiple venue discounts. Prices for these are available on request and are dependent on duration and number of venues involved. Venues are listed by county and are ranked randomly by rotation per new click to ensure that all listings receive an equal amount of page views. We reserve the right to refuse any listing or advert. None of the venues listed on this site are endorsed by findaweddingvenue the individual wedding venue sites are merely listed here for your convenience. If you are thinking of booking a wedding venue for your wedding make sure you get a signed contract and visit the venue prior to booking. Advertising is non refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any submissions or remove any listings without further notice if we deem the content unsuitable. Find a Wedding Venue has no control over the content or security of any of the sites listed in our wedding venue directory and we are therefore unable to guarantee the accuracy or security of the information they contain. Whilst we have found from our own usage that the sites represent a valuable resource for persons interested in finding a Wedding Venue, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that might arise from your use of these sites. It is up to the venue owner to ensure that the map details, address and postcode are correct. If you feel that your venue has been submitted by a third party and the information is incorrect then please contact a site admin ASAP and we will amend or remove the listing. Venue owners must ensure that they own the copyright or the correct licence to use any images they upload to Find a Wedding Venue. EOM Media supports photographers rights in regard to copyright. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are confirming that you have the permission of the photographer to use their images on this site. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions without notice.

To edit an existing wedding venue listing: First, find your venue in the directory. If you are logged in then a button marked 'edit' will have appreared at the bottom of the listing. Click the 'edit' button to make changes. Images are 'cached' so any changes will not appear immediately.

You must be logged in and be the user who created the listing to see the 'edit' button.

If you are the owner of several venues please contact our advertising team for special rates.

Make sure you have logged in and then visit the Add Entry Page.

Just fill in all the relevant details. You can include as much descriptive text as you like. Make sure you enter your address and post code correctly and click the Get Coordinates button. The system will automatically look up your address on Google maps and add your wedding venue to our maps overview. Without the correct details no map will be displayed.

If you want to add a large banner you will need to upgrade to a Featured Listing. The correct size for the graphic is 550 by 100px.

You can add your company logo but it should be resized to 250 by 100px before uploading.

The details view of your listing can display up to 5 images of your venue. The best size for the images is 750px longest edge. If you upload smaller images then they will look pixelatedand fuzzy.

Please pay any fees due and then your listing will be approved. The current prices are published here
