The Castle is ideal to giving you the very best possible venue for your Wedding. 75 minutes from London, lots of easy complimentary car parking, the most perfect backdrop for Wedding photographs, and professional resident full-time staff.

The Castle offers Wedding Day catering by its own in-house team, managed on the day by the Castle's own Head Chef. The Castle's full-time Banqueting Manager will also be in attendance for the entire day to ensure that the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet will proceed as smoothly as possible, and to the highest standards. We can seat up to 140 for dinner in the Library. We can arrange for marquees to be installed for your day, either attached to the Castle or stand-alone on either the East Lawn or the South Lawn.

The Castle's State Rooms are perfect for your Wedding. They offer a good 'people flow' from the 1870 Entrance Hall, through to the Saloon with 50 feet high vaulted ceiling, where the Wedding Ceremony takes place with room for 200 guests (100 seated), to the sumptuous Library where Wedding Breakfast is served. At no time will your guests be crowded, rushed or lost! Ground floor toilets, wheelchair facilities, and easy access to the South Lawns for those unforgettable photographs make this a special venue for your special day.
