Sudeley Castle

Wedding Fair 18 November 2012 - 1030am until 4pm

Sudeley Castle

Sudeley Castle is 'the romantic castle in England' according to The Times, and indeed it is utterly gorgeous! Home to Lord and Lady Ashcombe and the Dent-Brocklehurst family, it is nestled in the Cotswold hills with its own chapel. There is an exclusive opportunity to view this beautiful venue on 18 November, when Sudeley Castle will be opening its doors for a wedding fair. You'll be able to enjoy wine and canapes from their own caterers, Wesley House, and meet their suppliers - florists, photographers, make-up and hair people, and many many more. This is a free event but in order to reserve your place and an exclusive tour contact Debbie Hillyard on 01242 609 489 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Cliveden House

We love this wedding venue!

Cliveden House

If grand is what you are after then this venue is the one for you! Cliveden was one of the first hotels to be granted a license to hold wedding ceremonies and is one of the foremost and highly rated hotels in the world! It is set amongst 370 acres of National Trust parkland and overlooks an idyllic bend in the River Thames, in the heart of the Berkshire countryside. We want to go here SO much - in fact we know a couple who go here several times a year as a treat to themselves! Oh how the other half live. Denton Hall

A Wedding Experience

Denton Hall

And if you're a bride-to-be in the North of England (Yorkshire to be precise!) then don't miss out on the 'Wedding Experience' on Sunday 11 March 2012 (in their words 'a day of champagne and canapes with all the very best suppliers in one stunning venue' - sounds goood to us!!).

Denton Hall is one of our newer venues on the site but already we love it. Crystal chandeliers, spiralling staircases and exquisite 18th century decor blend efortlessly to create one of Yorkshire's most beautiful settings.

If you’re having a wedding day dilemma and can’t decide which venue to choose for your special day then take a look at our featured “Venue of the Month” which not only offers photos and information to help you make your choice but also features photos from a real-live wedding within the venue itself. ANdAZ Liverpool Street, formerly the Great Eastern Hotel, has recently undergone a significant renovation to become a fantastic sumptuous venue. Venue Photo Andaz Hotel

Located in the heart of London’s City area, it was re-launched on November 16th 2007 and is one of the first hotels to be re-branded and re-launched under the ANdAZ brand. Despite its heritage - the building itself dates back to 1884 and is rich in historical architecture - it fuses a five-star offering with a boutique, modern design-inspired product.

Newly-engaged couples who are seeking the ultimate luxury wedding venue in a stylish and contemporary setting need look no further as ANdAZ offers a complete wedding package for both the bride and groom and their guests.

Using their wedding planners, you can opt for a full wedding planning service tailored to meet your heart’s desire. The three different wedding packages are available on their website and cover off all the main wedding features including flowers, cake, photography, entertainment and catering. But ANdAZ is also happy to offer a more specific package if you have your own ideas or requests.

The hotel itself features 14 very different but equally spectacular event spaces in which to share the day with your guests. You may have a very large wedding party and opt for the Great Eastern Room and Gallery which is the most substantial room on offer. Architecturally inspired by the New York’s Guggenheim Museum it is contemporary in style and creates a bright and spacious atmosphere for your wedding.Venue Image AndazChef Andaz

You may be considering a more select group of guests, in which case the Temple room offers a very different wedding experience, being much smaller in size, although no less impressive. Originally the City of London Freemason’s Masonic Hall, it is rich in history and dates back to 1864. In fitting with the era it is bedecked with rare and priceless marble, architecturally significant features and has imposing moveable thrones to complement your special day.

One of the fantastic features about ANdAZ weddings is that they offer complimentary suites for the bride and groom as part of the package, and will also offer reduced room rates for those of your guests who wish to stay at the hotel with you. Great fun for the bride and her bridesmaids!

If you feel excited by what ANdAZ has to offer then you can make an enquiry via their listing on FWV or enquire about availability and their wedding planning service by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
