Avalon harks back to the banqueting halls of medieval romance with its high pitched ceiling supported by an exposed frame of unseasoned green French oak timbers neatly surrounded by a modern construction. The polished oak floor at the centre is bordered by Welsh slate and the mix of modern and hint of medieval has a strange magic.
