London Town Halls

Are a very cool way to get married...

Ealing Town Hall

The famous Old Marylebone Town Hall (weddings here include Liam Gallagher - twice!) is currently closed for refurbishment, for the next two years. They normally carry out at least 2000 weddings every year - wow! But if you were thinking of a town hall wedding there are quite a few other fantastic town hall options.  Three of our favourites include Ealing Town Hall, Hackney Town Hall and Stoke Newington Town Hall. all listed here on the site.  Built in 1887, Ealing Town Hall (amazing staircase pictured here) is a spectacular Grade II* listed Victorian building.  It has really stunning architecture and offers loads of different chambers and rooms in which to get married.

Blenheim Palace

The Ultimate Fantasy Wedding Venue

Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace, in Oxford, has been hosting functions for many years, including concerts (Jamie Cullum no less!), an annual literary festival, film crews (both The Young Victoria and Hamlet were filmed there) and of course weddings - including many celebrity weddings. If you choose to get married there you can literally play Duke and Duchess for the day.

The palace, one of England's largest houses, was built between 1705 and circa 1722 and is unique in its combined useage as a family home, mausoleum and national monument. Moreover, it is notable as the birth place and ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill.  Both the history and the building itself take your breath away!
