Pentillie Castle

Jennifer and Lucas' Springtime Wedding

Pentillie Castle

Jennifer and Lucas' wedding was always going to be special, and they always had a clear vision on how to achieve it. Pentillie Caslte provided the backdrop for the weekend and a key element to the wedding plan (unbeknown to Lucas) was the surprise helicopter flight to and from the spectacular Church of St Germans on the Port Eliot estate. Built in 1771, the Temple itself is a delightful folly and its interior is based on designs which had just been discovered in Pompeii. The views across the Thames are absolutely magnificent - and in fact apparently in Victorian times both the island and the Temple were used as a vantage point from which members of the Leander club watched the regatta. The island

Sudeley Castle

Wedding Fair 18 November 2012 - 1030am until 4pm

Sudeley Castle

Sudeley Castle is 'the romantic castle in England' according to The Times, and indeed it is utterly gorgeous! Home to Lord and Lady Ashcombe and the Dent-Brocklehurst family, it is nestled in the Cotswold hills with its own chapel. There is an exclusive opportunity to view this beautiful venue on 18 November, when Sudeley Castle will be opening its doors for a wedding fair. You'll be able to enjoy wine and canapes from their own caterers, Wesley House, and meet their suppliers - florists, photographers, make-up and hair people, and many many more. This is a free event but in order to reserve your place and an exclusive tour contact Debbie Hillyard on 01242 609 489 or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
